ADHD Europe is dedicated to the inclusion agenda and recognises the role of patient voice within that process, because there should be “nothing about us without us!”.
ADHD Europe member categories are:
- Full voting members (National ADHD organisations, Regional organisations, and Local organisations.)
- Non voting members – Professionals (Advisory Board)
- Non voting members – Parents / Patients / Students (Individual)
- Non voting associate members (Affiliate)
- Consortium members
National - Regional - Local - Membership
Full members have full voting rights. These are made up of Full voting members are primarily ADHD organisations which are national regional or local ADHD Patient Advocacy support organisations based in Europe. ADHD Advocacy organisations are defined as non-profit organisations with a Board comprised of a minimum of 60% representative of people with ADHD or parents / carers / partners of people with ADHD. Professionals - Associate - Affiliate - Membership
This category of membership applies to ADHD non-profit organisations providing professional services to patients or professionals. Non-ADHD specific patient or professional organisations (e.g., mental health, disability, neurodevelopmental disorders, etc.). Membership will be for mutual benefit to both researchers and patients – in this way research can be tuned optimally to the needs of patients. To apply for this membership catergory click here.

Reasearch Project Consortium
Consortiums who wish to become members for the duration of the project of which ADHD Europe is a participant. Consortiums would fall under the category Affiliate / Associate Members Projects funded by the European UnionTo apply for individual membership click here.
How to apply for membership
Applications for membership in any category must be submitted in writing to the President. Applications must be supported by at least two existing Full or Affiliate members whose membership has not elapsed. The admission of new members shall be subject to the prior approval of the Board. Admission to ADHD Europe shall be decided by the General Assembly where the applicants shall present their organizations and provide a summary of their activities.
